Standard three involves communicating and collaborating with students, peers, parents, and community members using digital tools. The artifacts that demonstrate my mastery of this standard are the PhotoStory video, the teacher website, the blog, online quiz, and turnitin.com assignment. The former three all involve sharing information with both students and parents using digital age media. The latter two both use digital tools which demonstrate my fluency in technology. The website and blog are perfect ways to share information and collaborate with students and parents who have access to teh internet outside of the school. PhotoStory, the online quiz, and the turnitin assignments offer technological alternatives to everyday student and teacher tasks that usually do not incorporate technology.
